I think MM’s quote may be taken out of context? Assuming she is arrogant, I think this article is too, isn’t it? Countering arrogance through arrogance does not make sense to me. I am a big fan of remote working but I also enjoy face to face working in an office location with colleagues, including sometimes doing the all night long gig, simply because there is relevant work to do. Somehow I am not a either/or person!
