Air Shower
An air shower room is a self-contained chamber installed at the entrance of clean rooms and other controlled environments. Prevent particles from entering or leaving the cleanroom. Operators or materials are “scrubbed” by HEPA air filters with 25m/s high air jets before entering or exiting the controlled environment. The polluted air will be exhausted through the bottom of the air shower, filtered and recirculated.
