I highly recommend “Turn the Ship Around” by David Marquet, a Navy officer. David tells us how he built leaders and changed the rules of leadership in U.S. Navy through empowerment and delegation. The book will give you another perspective of on how to build and grow your team. And don’t forgot while you are reading the book, he did this on a nuclear submarine.
