Yeh, I believe the skills you’ve mentioned should defiantly be taken into account when hiring a product person.
In this framework, I’m trying to separate skills from passions and filter by both independently. While the 6 passions I mentioned above can be translated into skills, there are many other skills that I believe are highly important, such as: execution skills, the ability to connect product to vision, collaboration skills, leadership skills, analytic skills (not necessarily data related), Understanding the eco-system and competitive landscape, rapid validation/prototyping capabilities.
