Great article. Lots of useful information. Particularly if you need prescription blue blocking glasses — not much selection there :(

I thought some of the readers might have doubts about which BPI tint will work for them:

See GLARminY Tester — a kit with 8 different blue light filters (spectral transmission curves included). Once you decide which filter works best for you, you can compare its transmittance to that of BPI tints and choose the closest one.

Also, here is a collection of the spectral transmission curves of all blue blocking tints.
