Hey, Ladies & Gentlemen,
It’s been a while, since the last post and today we’re going to take a sneak peek at something really crazy, we’re working on for a while 🤪
You can now E-Mail your Dialogflow Agent!
Yes, you heard it right, and no, it’s not “made by Google”. It’s powered by the latest version of Dialogflow Gateway, a Platform for building Dialogflow Integrations!
If you are running your Agent on Dialogflow Gateway, you can start using this feature starting today, with no setup required! And if you’re not, please take a look at the Dialogflow Gateway Installation article.
So, let me take you through the steps, to make your Dialogflow Agent accessible via E-Mail.
Open Dialogflow Gateway Console
And press on “Manage” on your connected Agent.
You now see a field, which says “Inbox”, which is the E-Mail address of your Agent.
Copy it and move on to the next step
Send E-Mails to your Agent
Bonus
Not only you can send E-Mails to your Dialogflow Agent, but your Actions on Google as well (if they’re connected to Dialogflow Gateway).
Check it out!

The E-Mail conversation:
Note: this feature is currently tagged as “Beta”, which means you are not getting any support/warranty/uptime and the API may change in the future. It was enormous effort to let alone get it working and we’re striving to improve it in the future.
That’s it for today! Thank you!
