That is because, when you exercise your body will release the feel-good hormones known as endorphins, which make you feel good by relaxing your mind. But yes, because you are already uncomfortable, you can skip the intense work outs during these days. Instead opt for the light yoga stretches, some cardio and some light weight training.
Sweating is not related to weight loss. While you may feel lighter because when you sweat, your body releases water and sodium, the weight loss that you may feel will only be temporary and will be right back when your body is rehydrated. Don’t ever let yourself believe that sweating is losing weight.
