How important is it to be real in an interview? What preparation do you need to do before an interview? What are some suggestions of HR people about the preparation of interview? Do we ask questions from a recruiter? I am going to explore the answer to these questions. During the talks with the interview, it is obtained that it is very important to be real in the interview and a recruiter said: “If I came to know that the interviewee is talking lie, I disqualified him at that time in my mind”. He said: “the first thing we noticed about a candidate is his dressing.” Keep yourself dressed professionally. The most frequently asked question from candidates is “What are your strengths”. The HR said a story about how he hired a person. The story was like that he asked a question from interviewee: “Did you do any mistake in your life.” The interviewee said: Yes, I learned from my mistakes all the time.” This is the answer of the interviewee on which base he was selected. if I were recruiter I would never select him because his answer was not telling what type of mistakes he did and what he learned from their mistakes. So, I recommend you whenever you found a chance to be interviewed and same question would be asked from you, please tell him what mistakes you did in past and what things you have learned from these mistakes. Then a question came into mind that how he can identify that the person sitting in front of him is telling lie or truth. He said: “When anyone is telling lie, I judge him by his confidence and body language. He said: “Yes you should ask some question from the interviewer.” What type of question you should ask of him. You can ask the question of how many opportunities you will give to improve _______ skills. The most important advice I want to do if you are studying a versatile field like mechanical engineering or BBA and suppose that you are studying in four semesters. You don’t need to be so conscious about what specific field you want to choose that you can’t focus on your studies. I was actually very frustrated about choosing a specific and felt some internal hindrance in focusing on my studies then I reached out my cousin Basharat Ali and he advised me: “Focus on studies and try to develop extraordinary skills.” This actually awoke me and compelled me to think. Furthermore, he advised: You don’t need to be over conscious about your career and first develop skill and the after working 5 years in the field you will be able to explore in which specific field you should go.”
