Colossians 1:9–13
“For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;”
It is so important that you follow the Word as we share it right now. It’s going to do something special in your life
The Bible says in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the word was God (John 1:1). If the Word was God and God doesn’t change, the word is still God.
In the 14th verse of that same chapter, the Bible says… the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us. What is He telling you? God through an angel spoke to a woman named Mary. The Holy Ghost overshadowed her and the word that she received, which was spoken to her by an angel became flesh. It is still happening today.
That Word became flesh in her body. The Word became a baby and grew to become a man named Jesus. It is still happening today. If the Word of God that is coming to you is a word of healing, it will become flesh in you. It will destroy the cancer and take its place.
The Word can recreate your arm. The Word can change your blood. It depends on what the message of that Word is.
Jesus is the word of God become flesh. That is the result of the Word.
Today, when the Word comes to you, it still produces the results of what it talks about.
Hearing the word is receiving the power of God into your life. With the creative Word of God, you can do anything with it.
Colossians 1:9 “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the KNOWLEDGE of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;”
The Word translated KNOWLEDGE here is the Greek word “Epignosis” and Epignosis means exact knowledge, precise knowledge; accurate knowledge. You can actually have a precise knowledge in the Lord. Your knowledge of God can be accurate. This knowledge comes by revelation not by reasoning. The Word of God is revelation.
There is such a thing as spiritual understanding, different from when you understand what you read from the newspaper or in history, chemistry etc. Spiritual understanding is given to you by revelation. He desires that you might be filled with the precise knowledge of God’s will. It is possible to have the precise knowledge of God’s will.
“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;” (Colossians 1:10). This was Paul’s experience of life.
God wants you to be fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. You have to increase in the knowledge of God. Don’t stop where you have been. Increase in epignosis.
He wants you to increase in the precise, absolute knowledge of God.
…Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness ;( Colossians 1:10)
He wants you strengthened with abilities, not your human abilities, but divine abilities.
God wants you to be strengthened on the inside. He wants you to be invigorated from within.
When you receive the Holy Ghost, you are filled with divine potential, divine ability and God wants you to put this to work
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light :( Colossians 1:12).Your life is full of thanksgiving.
There are a lot of Christian that often have problems and troubles with demons. They are living an ordinary life. No Christian needs deliverance. When a Christian is requiring deliverance, he is not living a Christian life.
…giving thanks which has made us meet (qualified us) to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:12).He has made up qualified. We are not trying to be qualified. We are already qualified by His qualification.
“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son :”( Colossians 1:12) He has delivered us from the control, forces, domain and jurisdiction of darkness. We don’t live under their jurisdiction. We don’t live under their influence. That’s why I am never afraid of demons.
There are no Christians specially anointed to cast out demons. There is no special gift for casting out demons. Jesus said … and these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils ;( Mark 16:17).We are not under the control of darkness. They don’t control my sleep. When I sleep, I sleep well.
You don’t have to pray about the devil. God has already done everything he needed to do about the devil. Satan has been defeated. All the devil can do now is to tell lies.
There is no small Holy Ghost or big Holy Ghost.
For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. (John 3:34). God does not give the Spirit by measure. You have the whole Holy Ghost.
I have all the fullness of God. I am a walking living tabernacle of God.
(Ephesians 3:16)
The Word of God is activated by words. You live in a physical, material world, but this world is inside the spirit world. This means that right now, there are angelic beings in this place, but you cannot see them with your physical eyes. You have to pass over into that realm.
Everything that God says to us is real in the realm of the Spirit, but you cannot make it work except you use your mouth. Your words are spirit words. When you speak, you connect to the spirit realm. Every time you speak from the physical realm, they go into the spirit realm. Your words are the connection between the earth realm and the spirit realm. Every time you speak, whatever you said is real in the realm of the Spirit and is working for you
Jesus did not say in my name you shall discuss with demons. He said in my name you shall cast out demons.
Christianity is a life in Christ. There is a place called Christ. When you are born again, you are born into that place. You were delivered when Jesus defeated Satan. Everybody has been delivered, but they don’t know it. That’s why he told us to preach the gospel.
I live by the law of life. When you live by the law of life, cancer, diabetes cannot dwell in your body. Make the word of God real in your life. Christianity is living in Christ, where all things have been finished. The works were finished from the foundation of the world. Now He calls us into His rest
I will always be successful, I will always be prosperous, because I
I have access into divine wisdom. Christ has been made unto me wisdom. Christ is my wisdom. I will never say something foolish. The channels of divine wisdom are opened for me.
I am walking in the wisdom of God. I am walking in divine wisdom.
I am in the kingdom of God’s agape son. That’s where I live.
I use my divine lenses to see the world from there.
The Bible says the earth is filled with the goodness of God. A lot of people don’t see the goodness of God.
There are different streets in the world. Make your choice. Decide that you are not going to live an ordinary life. You are going to be everything that Jesus gave you the right to be.
It is the year of the Supernatural. Things are happening everywhere. By my God, I am making changes…
FEBRUARY IS THE MONTH OF CHANGE!
If you change things in the Spirit, nothing will stop them from changing in the earth. We are correcting things in the Spirit. We are changing things in the spirit.
When they start happening, as the other months roll by, you will know that it was in February that you made the change.
