Ground-Breaking Climate Change Court Decision in Montana

“The Living on Earth” radio program on WNIJ last Sunday, August 20th reported on the surprising court decision in Montana declaring that state laws ignoring climate change are illegal based on that state’s constitution. This is the first time a court has decided that residents have a right to a safe climate.
