“Miracle of Morning” by Amanda Gorman

Sunday, 10/8, Rev. Matthew used the video recording of Amanda Gorman, Youth Poet Laureate, reading her poem “Miracle of Morning,” as the reading. Amanda wrote this poem in response to the COVID pandemic, but it stresses the community we all need. In this service celebrating generations, we can all appreciate the contribution of this young, Black poet.
