Mridu Thanks so much for reading! :) Glad you asked. There are a couple of studies that talk about the unreliability of self-reporting, which is basically what a survey is. I wouldn’t dismiss surveys completely, more like underline how difficult it is to craft a well-written survey that minimizes self-reporting bias, misleading findings caused by low response rates, or even people misunderstanding the question. Something like a NPS is useful though, only one question and a solid useful score to evaluate your service.
