Business Travel While Pregnant: The Motherhood Penalty Hits the Friendly Skies
Morra Aarons Mele

I can’t even imagine having to travel for work while pregnant! (Going into Manhattan was enough of a struggle for me when I was pregnant- especially with so many MTA stations not having full accessibility. I would have to climb the steps carrying my rolling bag. I guess that defeated the purpose to ease my back pain! ;p )I never thought about this type discrimination but I’m sure it is just the tip of a very big iceberg. Thank you for writing it.
