Why everyone is like forcing them to do something.

“You have to do it,even when you don’t feel like it.”

No.

Don’t torture yourself. If you are not happily doing it,it’s just a burden. First work on your mental and emotional peace. Know what you actually want to achieve. And answer WHY is it so important? What is the end outcome you will get after completing your goal. And also do only ONE task at a time, our brain can be fully present doing only one thing. Live 100% in present,present is where you are physically and actually present, bring your mind to focus on your present task. Never regret about past it makes you depressed,never worry about future it makes you anxious. Be totally available emotionally in present moment and complete you task at hand. Enjoy that task without worrying how fast you have to complete,just try to do it in best way with ultimate focus.
