Welcome to Boost.rs !

In January this year, I opened up a new chapter of my professional life. After 17 years in the corporate world, I left to pursue a long-time dream: becoming an entrepreneur.

In fact, I should say “we” as I jumped on this entrepreneurial adventure with Gregoire Boutin and Catalin Ciobanu, my friends and co-founders.

Together we created “Boost.rs” (pronounced boosters) a startup operating in the Talent Management space.

Why Talent Management? Our combined 50 years spent in corporations taught us that talent management is fundamental to business success, but is typically reserved to high-potentials and executives (or about 5% of the workforce).

Therefore, our ambition is to “democratize” talent management and make it available to everyone.

The cornerstone to this ambition is the Boost.rs Skills profiler which helps you and your company make the most of your talent. Think of Boost.rs as a means to increase your self-awareness, and at the same time let your company know about your unique skills set.

Today we are launching our website, which marks an important step in our development. This will allow you (yes you!) to sign-up and be the first to enjoy our Skills profiler, to be released this summer. In the meantime, we will passionately work to make it happen!
