Chole is most favorite dish of north Indians, but now majority of restaurant are serve this as its favorite Indian dish now and every part of India, One can
enjoy chole. Chana chole or known as Kabuli chana (Chikpeas)

Ingred

  • 100 gm Kabuli chana — White color chikpea
  • Salt
  • Refined Oil
  • Ginger Garlic Paste — half tsp
  • Onion chopped or puree — 2–3 onions
  • Tomato — 1 medium chopped (6–7 pcs)
  • Dhaniya Powder — (2tbs Coriander)
  • Pyaj Lahsun Masala — 1tbs (Onion Garlic)
  • Turmeric Powder — 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli Powder — 1tbs
  • Chole Masala 1 tbs

Prep
Part 1
Soak Chana for 8–12 hours. Then boil it and keep aside.
First make puree of onion and garlic, ginger.
Mashed some part of chana to make a thick gravy and
it actually gives a traditional taste to the gravy.

Part 2
Heat oil and add onion puree, garlic ginger paste. Let this
puree turns golden brown. After that, add all spices and tomato.
after 5 mins add chana and water. If you need more gravy you can add water
accordingly.Keep it for 20 mins it should be slightly thick gravy.

Now you can serve with Bread, Roti, Naan, Rice or Samsosa.
