Intriguing read! I’ve been going through a pretty bad case of imposter syndrome and I feel I’m too hard at myself. What kind of emotional first aid would you recommend for this particular mindset? How different is it to deal with a mindset rather than an event? The best that can I do is:

“You’re not as bad as you think you are”.

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.

Would appreciate any further reading on this. Thanks!
