How to Start Good Habits and (Actually) Stick to Them, According to Stanford Psychologists
Elle Kaplan

I give myself 21-days challenge. If I fail to do a task before completing 21-days, I repeat it from day-1. It is a good way of making habits stick.

This practice has helped me develop new skills and made me a better person. :)
