I give myself 21-days challenge. If I fail to do a task before completing 21-days, I repeat it from day-1. It is a good way of making habits stick.

I try to make my goals as small as possible then upgrade it to the next level after I complete the 21-days challenge.

This practice has helped me develop new skills and made me a better person. :)
