The Success of Prime Drink

Have you ever heard of Prime drink? Prime is a sports hydration drink started by Logan Paul and KSI alongside Max Clemons of Congo Brands in January 2022. The biggest goals for their drink are taste and hydration. Prime Drink is made of 10% coconut water and contains 2% of Sugar. Each Drink costs 37 Cents to make including packaging and each bottle sells around $1.99. That is a $1.62 Profit for each bottle. Their Company makes around 40% Margin. Till December 2022, Prime Drink is the 6th largest sports drinks brand in the US with more than $110 million bottles and almost made $200 million in revenue.

The reason why they grew fast and did millions in sales is it’s not only about having mass or huge audience in social media platforms, their drink succeeded because their product and the marketing of it was great. Like Logan Paul would do marketing stunts in order to promote his drink in which one of the videos he pretends that he was in a desert for 5 years and he needed some hydration.(Above is a picture of it). So, I conclude that before building a great product. First build a great brand so that you can get greater audience in order to get feedback and make a name for your brand.
