My routine for increased creativity and productivity

When I’m not feeling creative at all I tend to go for a walk or a jog. I love systems or routines as we call it. If I’m not in a routine, I’m not doing anything productive at all. Routines can be very effective if you have a good one. I like to start my day off by drinking a liter of water, after that I go out for a walk or a jog to get my heart pumping and my creativity flowing. After that I take a long shower so that I can think about everything I want to accomplish this year, simply bathe myself in my desires and that get’s my drive going. Breakfast. Breakfast, breakfast, that is the key to my energy during the day and therefore very important. I then take my vitamins and begin my work.

There are some people that simply do not have any effective routines and they feel like they are not in control of their own performance. Maybe it’s because they were not raised up with any routines at all or that they are simply not striving for anything and therefore do not care about routines or performance. For those of you that want to be able to operate at 100% everyday I recommend you to develop a better routine.
