Hundreds of new Generative AI friendly A6000 GPUs available now on VALDI

VALDI is glad to announce that several hundred new A6000 GPUs were brought online today! They are available on demand as VMs without any contracts. Pricing starts at $0.82/hr. As always, an additional 10% discount will be applied for users who register with a .edu email address. Like most other VALDI GPUs, these new servers are located in Tier 3 and 4 data centers and running on renewable energy and you can spin them up in 30 seconds.

• 1xA6000 48GB, 6 AMD EPYC 7402P CPUs, 55 GB RAM, 500 GB storage
• 2xA6000 48 GB, 12 AMD EPYC 7402P CPUs, 110 GB RAM, 1 TB storage
• 4xA6000 48 GB, 24 AMD EPYC 7402P CPUs, 220 GB RAM, 2 TB storage

Our updated dashboard also includes support for SSH key creation and management, the ability to name your VMs, and several bug fixes and optimizations.

As you may recall, we faced a huge post-Thanksgiving surge on Cyber Monday 11/27/23. The demand exceeded the supply we had. This led to some of our customers not being able to spin up on-demand VMs when they wanted to. We understand your frustration. In order to address such issues, we have now aggressively started onboarding more HPC resources.
