Gas silicate blocks

Gas silicate blocks are an excellent material for the construction of the walls of houses, buildings and structures. Gas silicate blocks have unique properties: nonflammability (fire safety), good sound and heat insulation, light weight and high strength. This set of characteristics has been achieved due to the special makeup and manufacturing technique of the material. The mixture of water, lime, aluminum powder and quartz sand produce a durable and changeable block.

Gas silicate blocks have a high heat insulation performance due to a large amount of unrelated cells. The thermal conductivity of silicate blocks is 3 times lower than that of bricks.

One more distinguishing feature of silicate blocks is the environmental friendliness of the material, namely the ability to conduct carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and vapor.

Due to the relatively low unit weight, the load on foundation is significantly reduced, which substantially reduces the costs. Heat storage properties of gas silicate blocks contribute to the comfort in the buildings and make it possible to save on heating significantly. Due to the fact that gas silicate blocks have a lower unit weight than other building materials, transportation costs are significantly reduced. Savings are achieved in the process of its manufacture, transport, construction and operation of buildings.

Low weight of gas silicate blocks from cellular concrete makes it possible to reduce the overall weight of building structures, which leads ultimately to considerable savings not only on the cost of wall materials, but also on the cost of other structural elements of the building. Labor costs in the block work from gas silicate blocks are 2–3 times lower, than in the building construction from other materials.

When using the construction technology from gas silicate blocks there are practically no debris. The building block itself is made of foamed concrete, which can be sawed with an ordinary hacksaw; it means that even the most complicated bends in the interior walls of your building will not take much time and money to be constructed.
