Trying to step out of my comfort zone


Well, it was hard for me to give a short description of my biography, so I decided to summarize the goal of my everyday life in one sentence, and make out of it my “short bio”. And here I am, trying to explain it to my readers.

So, what does it means “Step out of my comfort zone”? I think that everyone of us has his little “default”, which can be visible or private and secret. That is to say, that everyone feels ashamed for something it belongs to his person, for a fear he can’t overcome, for a situation he can’t deal with, and so on. And the easiest solution for all them, is simply to avoid the circumstances that can be “dangerous”.

Wrong, wrong, wrong! Don’t do it! Don’t escape!

The solution for defeat your fears, your defaults, or simply your problems, is to challenge them, over and over again, until you will win, because at the end, yes, you will win. That’s why I want to fight against my limits: only when I go beyond them I feel happy and satisfied. If you keep on living in your indifference, you won’t never feel proud of yourself.

I know it’s not easy, I know that sometimes accepting ourselves as we are is the key to a peaceful life, but I am not trying to say that you should change yourselves: I am rather pushing you to do what you don’t have the courage to do.

So be brave, see everyday of your life as a chance to improve yourself, do not be satisfied of a decent existence, expect the best, and step out from your comfort zone.
