How I Beat Procrastination: Do It Today, Not Tomorrow
Darius Foroux

You’re quite right, Darius. Beating procrastination takes a strategy of daily rituals whose foundation lies in feeling energized and self-confident enough to kick your own butt. Mens sana in corpore sano. Although in today’s parlance this could be street slang for using the men’s sauna in the corporate fitness center, Wikipedia nicely translates this from the Latin as “a healthy mind in a healthy body.”

I know it’s a battle. As a species humans are always fighting “the war” on something. Drugs. Cancer. Smoking. Procrastination. Even the Bhagavad Gita, that bible of Hinduism, is set on a battlefield. Yet it also speaks of surrender to the highest in ourselves and love and devotion. What if we could see this process as one of love. Tough love but love all the same.
