Letter To Vera Rubin Galaxy Rotational Problem.

Why is three quarters of all the matter in the universe not traveling as it does in our solar system and our galaxy? Or is our's traveling the same but we are failing to see it?
Hello Vera
Some new developments have recently come to my attention regarding the galaxy rotational problem that I thought I would share with you. An individual named Valery Somiety has come forward who is currently testing theories that perhaps may well be the beginnings of the theory of everything. Valery suggests that possessing this knowledge gives her an insight to understanding all currently unexplained scientific phenomenon; which includes advanced understand of gravity, magnetism, and organized energy systems as they relate to matter.
She is offering what she suggests is the only logical explanation to the galaxy rotational problem (GRP). I thought it wise to at least share with you a summation of what she has currently made public, as she refuses to submit papers to any scientific journals for peer review at this time.
Valery suggests that many mistakes have been made over the short history of the scientific advancement of theory. These errors have severely dampened the advancement of science and we must now recognize these failed theories, consider new ones and quickly move on. Valery respects all of the dedicated researchers and the hard work that they have done. Valery says that her work was made possible by all of those fearless researchers that freely shared their research whether it be understood or yet another misunderstood phenomena.
To understand the solution to GRP; Valery explains we must first recognize and have some understand of the greater phenomenon. A phenomenon greatly ignored in both physics and astro-physics; in this case the distribution of the stars within spiral galaxies forming Phi spiral patterns and its cause.
Valery argues that through out the natural world there exist over whelming evidence these patterns can be observed in organized energy system, i.e. hurricanes, spiral galaxies inorganic, as well as organic matter i.e. a classic example the nautilus shell. What must be understood is that these Phi spiral patterns represent an expansion rate linked to the Fibonacci series, and that indicates that all organized matter is governed by a fundamental underlying energy system yet to be understood. We need to recognize that three quarters of all the observed galaxies are displaying these fundamental characteristics, that this represents three quarters of all the known matter in the universe.
The solutions to GRP is that in our galaxy and as well as in our solar system, the stars of galaxy and the planets of our solar system are all moving in the same manner as are those distant spiral galaxies.
How can this be possible?
One single but large error has been made, the assumption that the speed of light is a constant throughout the solar system and the universe.
There is now evidence to support that the speed of light is a variable that is related to the expansion rate of a Fibonacci series energy system. That all the matter throughout the universe is governed by organized energy systems we currently recognize to be gravity.
These energy systems are unique (dynamical) balancing systems that allow for subtle changes to be made in their structure to balance the matter within the system, and still conform to Phi/Fibonacci expansion rate.
Both the speed of gravity and the speed of light are linked components under the control of the local system (our Sun), just as the stars of galaxies are under the control of the galactic center (center of reactance).
Valery presents the evidence that a careful examination of our solar system reveals that all of the characteristics of an expansion of Phi/Fibonacci are present in our solar system. That the discarded Titus Bode law was not incorrect but rather incomplete, and that as this knowledge is better understood we can use it not just to predict the location of planets but also calculate orbital axis tilt, and orbital periods within the solar system.
First example given, NASA suggests that the sun rotational rate falls in a range of 24.4 days at the equator, to 37 days at the poles.
For testing purposes let us presume a mean rate of 28.09 days for the rotational rate of the sun.
Fibonacci — — — Orbital — Planet — NASA[1] — — — — —
— — — — — — — period
1 X 28.09 — — — —
1 X 28.09 — — — —
2 X 28.09 — — — 56.18
3 X 28.09 — — — 84.27 — Mercury — 87.969
5 X 28.09 — — — -
8 X 28.09 — — — 224.72 — Venus — -224.701
13 X 28.09 — — -- 365.17 — Earth — - 365.256
These calculations can be done for all the planets of the solar system, with an overall average accuracy of 90%, as well another application of this knowledge predicts the axis tilt of all the planets in the solar system as well, again with an overall accuracy of 90%.
Light that travels out of the northern and southern regions of these systems come to us unaffected and the speed of light remains a constant, were as all light traveling out of the systems east/west equatorial plane is most affected.
Valery posses’ further knowledge of refinements that will dramatically increase the accuracy of these calculations and explains more of the nature of these gravitational systems.
I hope to share it with the world soon.
Sorry for miss leading you to believe that someone other than me sent you this letter. I would like to personally thank you Vera for your courage and all your hard work and dedication you exhibited to further the advancement of science. The work that I am currently doing was made possible, by all that contributed to advance humanity’s knowledge.
Sincerely
Valery Somiety
