I have watch yesterday’s Google IO keynote live stream, and what blows me away the most about conferences like this is how international they are. With all that is going on in the world, it feels great to come together as one. With thousands of developers coming to join hundreds of Google engineers.
While Google is conducting the Google IO’17 at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA, I would like to tell you what Google IO is.
Google I/O (simply I/O) is an annual developer conference held by Google. I/O showcases technical in-depth sessions focused on building web, mobile, and enterprise applications with Google and open sources such as Android, Chrome and Chrome OS, APIs, Google Web Toolkit, App Engine, and more.
I/O was inaugurated in 2008, “I/O” stands for input/output, as well as the slogan “Innovation in the Open”.
