The saying goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” and the same can be said for any project, goal, or skill that we want to develop. In fact, sometimes the best way to make significant progress is to break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks that we can chip away at every day. By spending just 15 minutes a day working on something, we can create positive momentum that carries us forward, helping us to achieve great things and grow in unexpected ways.

The power of small, daily actions lies in their ability to create positive feedback loops.
