Drinks: 1 espresso, 1 Numi decaf tea

Lunch: Giant bowl of Salad + Harissa Hummus- I have no clue if this is good for me

Snack: 3 eggs, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 plumot

Dinner: Vegetarian Keralan Curry (there is nothing more delicious than this)with white rice, Salad, 1 Apple


7 AM, Crossfit — Monster Mash

Boat load of hills. Finally found a decent running track in SF. Kezar stadium has an amazing track. Wanna explore Haight-Ashbury area a lot more.
