While some teams are just getting to grips with Agile, others extended it to the point that it’s no longer recognisable as Agile. In fact, many of the most progressive design and development teams are Agile only in name.
Are we moving towards a post-Agile age?

My first agile team was in 2000 and I have worked in 30 to 40 agile environments (depending on how it is defined and those insisting what is or isn’t agile) since that time. While they are similar they are all quite different. The longer agile is in place the more it iterates and adapts, which is the point of agile. In most large organizations agile is vastly different team to team as they use what works for that team and environment.
Agile, like culture is a mutiple of things that embraces reality of diversity in organizations and across teams.
It is good to read others coming to this as well.
