How do you define Success?

Society tends to judge you by what you have and how much you have of it. And you probably judge yourself by what you stand for. And that’s part of the problem. It seems like everyone judges. But no one truly cares.

So stop judging.

Start asking questions and listening. Start making an impact on the lives around you by simply showing up. Stop taking pictures (selfies, included) and just enjoy the moment. Stop thinking that a Job Title defines you because it doesn’t. The word C-Suite won’t guarantee happiness or fulfillment; much less purpose or meaning. You define yourself. Yes, YOU do.

YOU set your own standards and YOU set your own limitations. YOU allow for your own self-growth.

Success is taking that first step, even if it terrifies you.

Success is smiling at the happiness of others.

Success is listening to your Inner Voice and most importantly — trusting it.

Success is looking back and not wondering “what if”.

Success is when you stop complaining and take charge.

Success is not letting the judgement of others define you.
