“What Kind of Man”

What kind of man ….

What kind of man loves like this?

What kind of man lights the fire

Then turns with justification for the explosion he’s created.

As he drags along his kill –

A smile of satisfaction insinuates his winnings.

What kind of man loses then celebrates all in one fight.

A fighter till the end, till the blood bath.

A match up against an opponent who doesn’t have the pride to run.

Only to stand there and take the beating.

What kind of man keeps on attacking the weak.

His Prey.

What kind of man keeps on repeating.

What kind of man …what kind of man.

What kind of man kisses the wounds, promising another day of beginnings.

The roses in the hallway don’t excuse his sinnings.

What kind of vindictive man violates the fragile.

Then promises the sun.

When there is nothing left to expose,

Except emotions that are out of his control.
