I like the way in which you drew inspiration from your own life and developed a need for a Pumpkin Spice Latte cookie. Through your own experience, you saw a problem with the expensive price at Starbucks (which I’m sure a lot of people can also relate to) and tried to come up with a solution for it. This is certainly how real products are made!
I wish you had explored the idea of the “Spilled Milk” cookie more because I thought it was more creative than the Pumpkin Spice Latte cookie. I’ve never seen a cookie surrounded by chocolate that looks like it has just fallen in! I also wish we could have visually seen the differences between Idea 2 Test and the final cookie, because we don’t really see the completion of the second test. It seems like after the tofu failed, you just decided to start over.
What if you had made a “Spilled Pumpkin Spice Latte” cookie where you combined both ideas? There would definitely be ways to explore how you could do this like infusing pumpkin into the surrounding white chocolate, or substituting the white chocolate for hard cream.
