How to use Ms Excel 2007

Hey, there guys today i will be giving you some information on Microsoft Excel 2007.Basically what is it ? How to use it ? and all the other stuff.So Lets Begin !!!

So First of all i will be telling you about that WHAT IS EXCEL 2007 ?
Excel 2007 is an electronic spreadsheet program.It is the Spread sheet component of Microsoft Office 2007 suite,which is most widely used application software for data analysis.Microsoft excel allows you to store data in the form of rows and columns which intersect each other to form a cell where we can store the data.

The above image is of excel 2007 it is known as worksheets.
When 2 or more worksheets combine it forms workbook.

To Start a Microsoft Excel
1.Click Start Button from your Desktop
2.Choose All Programs3.Select Microsoft Office
4.Click on Microsoft Excel 2007

I will just tell the basics and then rest you will understand on your own what to do.
I will not tell you all that definitions, will just tell you what to do and how to do
so to enter the data which is very simple you just have to select a cell and start typing and if your cell is smaller than your content you can enlarge it by clicking symbol given in the picture

The symbol which you can see near the highlighted cell D you have to click on that.
You can enter many type of data like texts,number and formulas.
We can add text and numbers easily but what about formulas ??
There are 2 methods of adding formulas :-
1.Inserting written text formulas
2.Inserting automatic formula

I will suggest you to go with the automatic formulas because it takes a lot of time to learn this complicated formulas.
To insert them click on the formula tab.

You can now insert which ever formula as per your requirement.

Now when u click at insert tab you can find features like insert table,picture,clip art,shapes,smart art,different chart,header & footer,text box and etc.

Now when you have finally finished your work u need to save it and in order to save it you just need to press two keys that are CTRL + S.After this you need to name the document and select where to save it.
