How timely! I am awaiting an offer for a new job and need to decide whether I stay or go. One reason to go is because everything I do now seems stale and the challenges look more like burdens than opportunities to excel. I should take your advice and act like the new guy, at least when I contemplate those things I dread doing today because they lie on the same old path I’ve walked for so long.
