How I Set Up My Mac for Productivity: 7 Essential Hacks You Can’t Overlook

When your Mac is optimized for productivity, it frees up mental bandwidth and helps you get into the zone.
Setting up your Macbook properly when you first get it can make a huge difference in how focused and productive you are able to be on it.
That’s why I would like share my setup with you guys.
Enough talking, lets go.
1. Customize your Dock
The dock at the bottom of your screen shows your most frequently used apps.
Customize it to only include apps you actually use on a daily basis. Remove any clutter and apps you don’t need quick access to.
Most importantly, remove the option where it shows recently used apps. It really makes the dock look so ugly and unproductive.
To do it,
- Press command + space bar to open spotlight
- Type dock and go to the first result
