The drainage system quite below the roads is always constructed in such a way that if the same is to be cleared the labors have to enter inside the system at one place and come out at the other one. This requires construction of manholes at different places. The manhole cover tops at different places are found to be at raised places which causes jumps for the vehicles travelling on the roads feeling difficulties to the travellers.

Now it is very much necessary to keep the top of the man hole covers exactly in level with the road surfaces neither above nor below the road surfaces so that there are no unnecessary jumps or minus jumps for the vehicles travelling on the roads creating uneasiness to the passengers.
