PRANAYAM
PRANAYAM is as every body knows is PRAN ka AYAM To obtain complete life span and having a long life by a being depends on one’s breathing. A person who can conserve these no. of breaths can live that much longer life. Alternatively the reverse can also happen. Therefore one should inhale once and should not allow it to exhale for as long a time as possible. Similarly one should exhale once and should not inhale for as long a time as possible. Such practice will elongate one’s lifetime.
As such in this world a person who breaths less no. of times per minute( i.e. less than 15), he will have his life span increased accordingly. A person breaths around 15 no. of times a minute during general work and around 18 times while running. One should never sit leaning forward. An irritating person breaths much more no. of times and as such he reduces his life accordingly. One should always breathe complete and deeply. If one breaths right up to his naval, he will have decreased his breathing speed and accordingly increased his life span.
