I have to say I have the same feeling every time I received an email from recruiters. Y’all saying good things about me and the next day I am a reject.

I haven’t been to many interviews but 99% of them sucks, all asking algorithm out of the book. Most of my friends told me they also have to recite 600+ pages of complete algorithms before interview week. This is a tedious, time consuming, and stressful process.

I understand that people expect the best engineers that understand all algorithms inside-out, but you can’t ask those questions, give them an offer and when they joined you asked them to fix css alignment issues. I’m partially joking, please don’t kill me.
