My First Substack Subscriber!
Flashback to April 29, 2023. I wrote a blog post that I’ve made my own Substack Newsletter. There, I told a story about my little journey on how I first started doing content creation, then stopped, then at it again, then I made a Substack Newsletter.
There, I said that I don’t have any subscribers apart from myself for testing how it works.
Fast-forward to May 5, 2023, I finally got my first subscriber! And on May 6, 2023, I got my second subscriber! I’m so happy that I couldn’t contain myself from jumping up and down my bed like a child going on a rampage. Well, I consider myself as a man-child so, yeah.
Slowly, but surely, my little raft has finally left port!
Website Update
My first Substack Newsletter subscriber reached out to me on Facebook and told me that my website is broken on their phone. The text was blending in to the background, so I changed how my website looks. It’s a temporary fix until I found a WordPress theme that resonates with me.
I’m really grateful that they reached out to me and told me what was wrong, so I can address it.
I’ve also been more active lately on my website than here on Medium, for that, I sincerely apologize. But that doesn’t mean I left Medium, no, in fact, I want to change how I use Medium. Instead of republishing what I’ve posted on my website, I’ll use Medium to post my updates, like what I’ve been up to, and how I’ve been.
Rest assured, I’m not moving away from Medium.
Reviving My Twitch Channel
Recently, I’ve been fixing my Twitch channel. Changing the layout, links, and generally reviving it. On OBS, I changed my overlays, transition, and scenes.
This is a cool software that I used in the past. It’s called Voicemeeter (yes, it’s spelled that way), with it, I can reroute the sounds going in and out of my computer. Generally, I changed where the sound outputs are, so that some sounds won’t be heard when I stream, like Discord communications.
Look at me and my smiling face. That is the face of someone committed and inspired to do all the works. I’ve found my spark on content creation.
Unwanted Visitor
The reason I’ve been a little bit slow lately on producing content and doing the works is this furry fellow. Meet Yohak. He’s the reason why I have so many works put on hold. As of recently, he developed the habit of just straight out jumping on my desk and sleep on my laptop.
The apology messages I have to send to the people who received weird random texts from this guy.
