Your points B & C are actually the same — one area where demand will rise is rent, especially in areas like the Bay Area or Southern California. You write: “..a nationwide market for ultra-affordable housing will be created.” If this is true, why isn’t it happening now in places like Los Angeles, where the demand for affordable housing is huge? Your points are just not thought through.
