tomato mac ‘n cheese

  • 1 cup of macaroni
  • 100g organic diced tomatos
  • 16g nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup of roasted cashews
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • a pinch of himalayan salt


  1. preheat the oven to 180 degrees (celcius)
  2. cook the macaroni accordingly to the boxes instructions
  3. while the macaroni is cooking, place all the other ingredients in a NutriBullet, blending until smooth
  4. pour the macaroni in a loaf pan, followed by the sauce
  5. bake for ten minutes, rotating once
