VegeTiger’s Coaching Corner

This is where we begin. Please start by reading this first article. Who or what is the Vegetarian Tiger? What is the Coaching Corner? You're welcome to join the discussion. I'm also using these stories as a reframing tool in my coaching work. Copyright Pekka Pirhonen.
Coaching Corner: Imagine the working day of your dreams — what is stopping you from experiencing that every day? Do you know someone whose work is totally different from yours? Interview each other.
Coaching Corner: What kind of a Renaissance or inner breakthrough do you want for yourself? Whom do you want to invite to join the movement?
Coaching Corner: Which thought seems impossible for you right now? What is the 8th floor that’s inviting you? Do you have any friends that live on the 8th floor? Or 9th? Go and ring their doorbell.
Coaching Corner: Are you the master or slave of your thoughts? Can you create an empty space inside you, and open it to another human being?
Coaching Corner: How do you make peace with the Now? Where is the best place for you to learn more about being present?
Coaching corner: What is enough for you? In what direction do you want to grow? Who do you want to spend plenty of time with — grow and rejoice, calm down and become wiser?
Coaching Corner: Are you in harmony with yourself? Are you in harmony with other people, nature, this moment?
Coaching Corner: How do you perceive the pace of your thinking and actions? Can you slow down or speed up, if necessary? View your communities. Which groups have a skilled sense of rhythm? Which ones need to calm down? Or speed up? How can you help them?
Coaching Corner: On the edge of your mind, is there a thought that you have never dared to think? Or a never-asked question you should ask yourself? Who do you want to encounter, on the edge? What happens when you meet? Which opportunity do you lose, in case you don’t meet?
Coaching Corner: How good are you at concentrating your mind? How do you train your focusing skills? Who are the people that threaten your mind control? And who can help you in it?
Coaching Corner: When you let your mind drift, where do you assume it will go? Or is it already in the right place? Think about your life's communities—family, team at work, organization, friends, etc. Can you start discussing the Art of being together — and create a shared “Plan Be”? Being is the Tool. Everything else follows naturally.
Coaching Corner: What’s your ethical code like? What matters, and what doesn’t? If we created a New Earth, what would its Equator of Moderation look like?
Coaching Corner: Can you stop thinking about yourself? Is your individual consciousness melting, becoming fluid, and opening towards the whole planet and all sentient beings? Do you see the same happening in communities — in your family, at your workplace, in your hometown, in the world? Are your discussions becoming more fluid? Will our melting minds put an end to our fighting Egos?
Coaching Corner: Considering the information flood we face today, what is true to you, and what is not? What is your strategy to keep your mind calm and make sense of what’s happening? How can we learn to be real and authentic to each other? How can we lower down our defences, and surrender to deep dialogue? With whom can you practise this?
Coaching Corner: What kind of a Butterfly or VegeTiger do you want to be? How does your friendly force look like? Who are the people you want to enlighten and challenge by your transformation?
Coaching Corner: Which situations make you doubt your choice of speed? If you sense that you should slow down or stop altogether, do you know how to do that? If you sense something needs acceleration, are you able to do that? Where do you find help? Do you go to people who have already found their sense of rhythm, or do you listen to the silence of Nature?
Coaching Corner: How do you develop your ability to concentrate? With whom can you easily find the gate to the Now?
