These stories are about renewal: rising above limits, transforming, regenerating, re-feeling, re-thinking, turning around. Both individual and collective. We’re searching for a new way to live together on this fragile planet. Our perspective is not just Humans, but all living beings. The world is shifting. It has to jump, and it wants to.

“Who is this for?” — For shifters. If you feel the urge to turn things around, either in your individual life, at the workplace, or on our whole planet, these stories might help you. It will not do the shift for you, that has to come from your inner core.

What does “Vegetarian Tiger” mean? We need to let go of rivalry, competition, winning, accelerating, and consuming the whole Planet. We’ve been fast-tracking for too long, consuming Nature into exhaustion.

All these traits of expanding are embedded into our instincts. Just like the tiger’s instinct is to hunt down and eat meat. I’m curious about how can a strong meat-eating tiger stop killing, and still avoid becoming tame and powerless in the process. In other words, can a tiger become Vegetarian, and maintain its power and agility? A friendly tiger, protector of the jungle?

Of course, this is a metaphor, let tigers be tigers. I’m wondering can Mankind turn into a friendly and peaceful species without losing its strength and wild creativity? Let’s innovate instruments of peace, not war.

A “Coaching Corner” at the end of each story invites you to consider your renewal—perhaps the picture and story as a source of inspiration, or irritation that gets you moving. I hope you will start your inner journey towards finding your friendly power. And start the dialogue to initiate social learning treks.

(reflect alone) Stop and reflect alone. Look at your inner world and personal renewal. What needs to happen inside you?

(start dialogue) Start a dialogue with someone. Don’t do your transformation journey alone. Help and be helped. Whom do you need, and who needs you?

Looking forward to our journey!
