As most of my friends know I am home for the semester with nothing to do. Because of this boredom, and because I have been tasked with making a lot of the meals for my household, I have decided to share them with you. Hopefully you’ll follow my weekly journey as I make messes in the kitchen.

So what do I have to offer you that isn’t already out there? Well, here you will find some healthy vegetarian and vegan options along with some comfort foods. Lots of snack and drink recipes too!

Curried Chickpeas over coconut rice

I hope that vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores alike will enjoy what I have to share with you. So please feel free to spread my mission of adding more color to your plate! (And so that my mom isn’t my only “fan”). But in all honesty this is mostly so I can share my creations with friends.
