How fear can bring joy into your life

We used to think of fear like it’s something we need to be scared of and not to accept in our lives in any case.

But what if I tell you, that this is all wrong and that the fear can actually bring you lots of joy and satisfaction?

Well, I’m telling you exactly this!

Generally speaking — there are two kinds of fear. The one that numbs you down and leads you to a dead end. And the one, that makes you act and so it opens your way forward.

Let’s dive deeper.

1. The fear that numbs you and leads you to a dead end.

We all have experienced this fear. It is based on the thought we won’t be able to have something we think we badly need.

In such cases, the fear is everywhere — in everything we think, we say, we do, we see. In all our reactions. And in that state — you have probably noticed — everything gets messy.

Why?

Because, this is the Universe way to reminds us about the power of Faith. Or as Neale Walsch wrote — “The best prayer is gratitude”. That means we shouldn’t be afraid of not getting what we need, but to be grateful every day like we already have it. This way we express our unconditional faith to the Universe that will provide us all we need.

And when there is no doubt — the fear disappears and we start to see only opportunities.

So, when a fear numbs you down, Feel Excited And Ready to give your absolute faith and gratitude to the Universe! And you will have what you need.

2. The fear that makes you act and so it opens your way forward

That is the fear that keeps us awake.

And hungry!

A year from now I found myself unhappy and unsatisfied about doing my regular job. On one hand I had all kinds of reasons stopping me from quitting my job. And on the other hand I had that one fear. The fear that on my 50s I will look back and strongly regret if I don’t give the chance to myself to be happy now. I now this sounds trivial, but tell me honestly — aren’t you scare of that too?

I walked through months and months thinking about which way to go. I have started meditation in order to find the right answer. I was constantly thinking and searching for opportunities outside my job.

Then I got really tired of all this thinking.

And this was the moment when the confusion somehow went away. Only the fear stayed. And it stayed so close to me that made me actually act.

Two month later, all I can say is this — Sometimes the fear is the only way your heart can tell you what is right for you to do.

Let your fears lead you through your path.
