While I don’t want to exonerate Airtel completely, yes they are poor in customer support/transparency, but we got to look from their side too. They are forced to do this poor implementation/hack the system because of unforunate Court Orders and ill-informed Government Policy on the matter.
We are still using laws that the British made to censor and control the populace which have no place for free speech. In a democracy like India there should be zero block orders of any kind; only exception should be done during war times and on national security of serious consequences to be decided by The Hon’ble President. We should be knocking at Indian Parliament for better laws ; unfortunately our lawmakers are more than eager to ban stuff.
