In the crypto world, it is a truth universally acknowledged that the bear market is the best time to build. Indeed, this is what we, the team at Venom, have been busy with — developing a world-class Layer-1 blockchain that is ultra-fast by design, and scalable by nature. To this end, we’ve been building bridges, both literally and figuratively, and collaborating with organizations who share in our vision of building a more connected Web3 future.

Here’s a recap of all the partnerships we forged this February 2023:

1. Venom x Developer DAO

A self-governed community of more than 5,000 members, Developer DAO’s mission is to accelerate the education and impact of a new wave of Web3 builders. With its forum and blog that provides educational content, Developer DAO increases accessibility for both new and existing Web3 developers.

Through Venom’s partnership with Developer DAO, developers can learn about the benefits of our Threaded Virtual Machine (TVM), a distributed computing system with infinite scalability through dynamic sharding. At the same time, developers will be provided with all the tools and guides to start building. This state-of-the-art technology pushes the boundaries of scalability, opening the gateway to developing high-performance dApps built on the Venom blockchain.

2. Venom x Hacken

The DeFi space is no stranger to hacks and rug pulls, and it is up to us, the builders, to develop secure frameworks for a better Web3 tomorrow. In this vein, we’ve partnered with Hacken, a blockchain security auditor that provides a competitive suite of professional cybersecurity services to protect crypto communities and enterprises.

Together with Hacken, we seek to advocate safety as the priority in DeFi. As the world’s first regulated blockchain, this partnership bolsters our mission to build holistic safeguards for a safer and more secure DeFi ecosystem — an initial step necessary to build the trust and confidence of users making their transition from Web2 to Web3.

3. Venom x Hub71

When it comes to startups in the Web3 scene, it is certainly not a walk in the park. To empower Web3 startups on their journey, we’ve partnered with Hub71, the global tech ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. This partnership aims to provide startups with enterprise-grade solutions while simplifying blockchain adoption for businesses, accelerating growth and technological innovation for the Web3 industry in the UAE and beyond.

As a corporate partner in the Digital Center of Excellence, Venom will shortlist five startups every year to join Hub71, providing the essential infrastructure and technical expertise for projects to develop top-notch fintech solutions. At the same time, startups can harness Hub71’s access to global markets, vibrant community, and incentive programs, springboarding them toward enduring success.

4. DAO Maker

Community is everything in the world of Web3. It thus comes as no surprise that we entered a strategic partnership with DAO Maker, a recognized Web3 incubator complete with a launchpad, staking opportunities, and community governance.

First off, the Venom Blockchain and Venom Wallet will be integrated into DAO Maker’s Launchpad. New Web3 projects can leverage this launchpad to receive resources, guidance, and exposure from some of the most prominent players in the industry. Additionally, they can tap on the combined expertise of Venom Foundation and DAO Maker in areas such as business strategy and brand building.

Above all, we welcome DAO Maker CEO, Christoph Zaknun as an Advisor to the Venom Foundation team. We have great confidence that his expertise will provide valuable insights, and together, we can realize our vision to support promising Web3 startups that provide real-world use cases.

5. Everscale

Scalability is a problem that continues to plague the blockchain industry. To address this issue, we’ve committed a $5 million investment in Everscale, one of the leading blockchain networks in Asia with a dynamic DeFi ecosystem.

On a strategic front, we will be working together with the Everscale team to further develop both our ecosystems, while delivering business use cases that serve to grow the adoption of blockchain technology. Some initiatives we are working on include digital asset tokenization platforms, a full framework for CBDCs and stablecoins, and payment solutions with crypto to fiat gateways, with many more in the pipeline.

Summary

It’s certainly been a busy month for the Venom team as we gear up for the launch of our blockchain. These partnerships are just the tip of the iceberg and mark the beginning of a safe, reliable, and infinitely scalable Web3 future. The possibilities are endless and we have so many more exciting projects in the works. For now, follow us on Medium and Twitter, or join our Discord channel to fully immerse yourself in the Venom ecosystem.
