Whether it is through an additional ticket or providing a different service package, Verlocal’s booking system allows you to group different purchases to differentiate your customers. Here are some ways to package your tickets in ways that are easy for customers to understand.

Bringing Additional Guests

If your event provides a discounted ticket for bringing an additional guest or a group, the easiest method would be to add a separate ticket for purchase.

Not only can you differentiate the pricing for other concessions such as a student discount and early bird tickets, this method would also make it easy for one person to book for their group through your system. You are also in control over how many participants you can take in at maximum by setting the absolute maximum number of guests. That way, even if you have different ticket categories at hand, you could still cap your attendance once the maximum number of slots have been sold out.

This Parent-Child Bonding Session by Magic Laughter is a good example of this system at work:

Differentiated Bundles

If someone requests for more supplies for your class, like wanting to create a bigger piece of artwork, you may want to create a different ticket price to cater to these students. This would allow you to prepare more materials ahead of class so that all students can be satisfied in creating something special no matter how big or small!

During our Verlocal Design Fest, Magicten was able to differentiate their resin jewellery making class by providing two price points as seen here:

As creating bigger items would require more resin and resin paint, it made sense to want to charge a bit more as the craft items, according to Mimi of Magicten, are imported from Japan and Korea!

By creating a system where it is easy for the consumer to buy extra tickets, you create a streamlined process for both yourself and your customer to buy what they want and to make the most out of your experiences.

Happy hosting!
