Last year Facebook came up with FB Live which has successfully increased the number of its users and its undoubtedly making it easy for marketers and entrepreneurs to use their creativity efficiently to generate maximum leads. FB- Live is trending a lot and is a fantastic way to interact with target audience. New bees in business world ever thought of promoting their product through live videos, before Facebook came up with extraordinary feature.

FB-Live has got so much popularity in just one year. Today almost everyone is using it to spread their reach. You can get much more exposure if you use it right manner but before we jump on how to use FB live effectively,

FB- Live is a Facebook feature which allows you can go live using your laptop or even a smart phone to interact with your audience. People can send Likes or even comment on your video when you are live, which are visible to you, so that you can answer them immediately. After you finish with the live session, this video gets automatically saved which can later be watched by the visitors. Using FB-Live for marketing the product or service has become the core strategy.

2. Planning and practicing

Plan what you are going to talk about, write down points, so that you won’t run out of words in-between the video. Choose people with good communication skills and who has the proper knowledge of the product. Plan how you are going to do it. Practice it once before shooting. Ask people for feedback. Make necessary changes and then broadcast it with confidence.

3. Decide the duration

Decide how much time you are going “Live”. You can shoot maximum 90 minutes long live-video. Remember the longer video; it will stay atop in your fans news-feed. If you know what are going to speak and how much time you want to spend on one aspect you can determine the time. Keep it longer but make sure that it’s not becoming too lengthy and boring.

4. Work on it even after the session ends

After finishing the video, there is still some work left to give it final touch. You can archive this video which can be watched by people later also. Makenecessary changes in it. There is an option to edit the archived video. You can set different the thumbnail,include or change the date and location, provide a detailed description, and choose a category. This would help users to find it later on.

5. Interpret the performance

Facebook has introduced 2 new metrics for live videos. You can determine total number of people who watched some portion of the video, along with a count of how many viewers you had at various points in time. By looking at the popularity of the live videos, soon there will be tools that will give detail insights.

After analyzing the results, Go for variation in your next video. Try to give something new and unique to your viewers. May be a different theme on different day of the week with new person!

They are not selling any product or any service. They are just making FB-Live very interesting by doing some unique and out of the box activities and making money through advertising. They don’t have any great ideas but they are counting millions of viewers by creating unique videos. So, give people something original and count on the number of viewers.

· Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin donuts had 36000 viewers in the valentine’s special week. The brand showcased “Test kitchen” theme in which they showed how it creates new products and creations, ending with a finale that involved the creation of a gigantic, donut-themed wedding cake.The video went viral in few hours.

Conclusion

FB-Live can be done from anywhere but still try to use different and good locations every time. Be confident and look good. Don’t be too serious have some fun. FB-Live is going be in trend for long time so, work on it. With Facebook all other social media platforms like instagram have come up with this feature so. Start broadcasting on other platforms also.
