I hate to be “That Guy”, but you’re wrong, and you need to learn a little bit more about web development.
I took the survey myself: I received a “200/OK” response, which indicates the server accepted the form data submitted in the survey. Further, you’re not even showing the same requests in your extremely blurry screenshots, but even those requests show a “200/OK” response.
Finally, requests are almost ALWAYS cancelled client-side. Aside from security reasons, it doesn’t make sense for a server to cancel a request, and further there’s no way for a server to convey that a request was cancelled without sending a response; It’s literally impossible for the scenario you described to have been cancelled by the server; More likely, your own anti-virus, ad-blocking, or something else on your computer blocked the request.
To anyone who disbelieves me: Please, just go look for yourself. Take the survey, watch your Network tab in your Developer console.
I wish this story were true, but it’s simply not. Instead, this is a story about a journalist who doesn’t understand technology trying to write an article about technology. Don’t be part of the “Fake News” problem, Devin.
